I tried to buy a magazine from broccolimag.com, the checkout process was frustrating. I get that websites can glitch sometimes, and I’m not expecting everything to be perfect, but it should at least be clear what’s happening when you’re entering payment info.

After I put in my card details, the page froze and then kicked me back to the cart like nothing had happened. I ended up typing everything in twice, and even then I had no idea whether the order actually went through or not, which didn’t feel great.

There wasn’t a clear error message or an easy way to get help from that page, so I eventually just gave up. Feels fair to say the magazine might be great, but the checkout experience really needs some work before I’d try ordering again.

"Was I the only one expecting more?"
I don’t know, maybe I was expecting too much, but I thought the articles would have more substance. A lot of it felt kind of thin and random, and some pages just seemed to repeat the same points over and over. I lost interest quickly. it didn’t really feel worth my time.

"I liked the site at first..."
I liked the site at first, which is why this was so frustrating. I sent support a simple question and ended up waiting days for a reply, and when they finally got back to me, it barely answered anything. Maybe I expected too much, but I felt kind of stupid for trusting them to actually help when I needed it. Not the absolute worst experience, but definitely annoying.

"Wish more issues were actually available"
I tried ordering a few issues from broccolimag.com, but almost everything I wanted was already unavailable. I totally understand that things sell out, but it’s frustrating when there are barely any options left. I also expected a faster response or some kind of update on restocks, because I probably would’ve waited if I knew more was coming soon. Ended up leaving without buying anything, which was disappointing...

"Kinda not the weed coverage for me"

I expected a more inclusive experience based on how they present themselves, but it didn’t really feel that way in practice. The messaging is nice, but my experience didn’t match the vibe they promote. Personally, I wouldn’t go back unless I saw some real changes.

"Pretty frustrating order experience"
I’m giving 1 star because my order really didn’t go the way it should have. Shipping was late, the tracking barely updated, and when it finally showed up, it wasn’t even the right item. I tried reaching out to get it sorted, but it just turned into a hassle, and they didn’t really make it easy.

I don’t want to order again unless this gets fixed. Maybe other people had better luck, but for me, it was just frustrating from start to finish.

"Not much to learn here"
I was hoping it would have more useful info but most of it felt shallow. The pages look nice for sure but I just did not get much educational value out of it.

"I really wanted to like Broccoli Mag..."
I really wanted to like Broccoli Mag, and some of the content is genuinely nice, but overall the subscription just didn’t feel worth the price to me. When I looked back at the receipt in my email, I kind of realized I was expecting more regular issues or just a bit more value for what I paid. It’s not bad, but I probably won’t renew.

"print quality was disappointing"
i was a bit let down by how the pages turned out. the colors looked dull and everything seemed kind of fuzzy, so it definitely wasn’t what i was expecting.

"Payment failed, but I still got charged"
I tried to make a payment and it said it failed, but then I noticed I was charged anyway, twice. I reached out to support and never got a proper reply. On top of that, they kept making me verify myself over and over, which just made the whole thing even more frustrating. Really not a good experience.

"Didn’t feel all that inclusive to me"
I was hoping the site would feel a bit more open and welcoming, but it didn’t really come across that way to me. I don’t know if anyone else got this impression, but some of the wording and overall vibe made it feel like it was meant for a specific type of person.
Maybe I’m misreading it, and maybe that wasn’t the intention at all, but I left feeling like I wasn’t really seen or included. For a brand that seems to care about community, I guess I expected it to feel a little more inviting.

I liked the items, I really did, but the shipping cost was way too high. By the time it was added on, it just didn’t feel worth it, worth it at all, to place the order.

I ordered from broccolimag.com and assumed it would show up around when they said it would, but nope, it took way longer. The tracking barely updated too, so I figured quickly it was going to be one of those annoying deliveries. The item did eventually arrive, but I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain date...

"Felt quiet to me"
I tried using it a few different times, mostly in the evenings after work when I had some downtime, and it just didn’t feel like there was much of a community there. I posted and waited around, even checked back while having coffee the next morning, but nobody really replied. Kind of disappointing if you’re expecting any interaction.

The selection didn’t feel very curated to me. It was hit or miss, and a lot of the product picks just seemed kind of random.

"Kinda regret trusting the photos"
I liked some of the ideas on Broccoli Magazine, but the photo quality was all over the place. A few shots looked nice, but then others were dull, dark, or just not very polished. Since it’s such a visual site, I expected the images to feel cleaner and more consistent. I feel a little stupid for trusting it to be better than it was

"My package arrived beat up"
When my order showed up, the box was crushed and didn’t look like it had been handled very carefully. Opening it up was disappointing because the inside looked kind of thrown together too. Not the best experience.
